These terms apply between you and us, ADS Securities L.L.C. (“ADSS“, “we“, “us“, “our“).
ADS Securities L.L.C. is a limited liability company incorporated under United Arab Emirates law. The company is registered with the Department of Economic Development of Abu Dhabi (No. 1190047) and has its principal place of business at 8th Floor, CI Tower, Corniche Road, P.O. Box 93894, Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. LEXMT is licenced by the Securities and Commodities Authority of the United Arab Emirates to act as a financial and monetary intermediary in the conduct of financial and monetary brokerage business for the sale and purchase of currencies and intermediating in money market transactions as permitted in accordance with Central Bank Resolution Number 126/5/1995 (as amended) and to carry out certain categories of financial investment business as permitted under Central Bank Resolution Number 164/8/1994 (as amended).

Trading
Our site, app, content, service and feature may contain public and client areas. The client area contains our internet and app trading platform which is accessible to clients who have opened an account subject to our Terms of Business. The trading platform allows you to open and close positions with us and gives you access to account information including your open positions as well as other features. You can open or close a position on the entry screen by hitting the relevant button. A confirmation will appear on the screen and the new position should be reflected in your account information. A payment facility provided by our business partner is subject to separate terms.
Demo account
A demo account enables you to experience how our trading platform works in a simulated market environment with limited features as follows:
Before opening a live trading account we recommend you read all relevant service descriptions as well as our Terms of Business. Upon opening, we recommend that you spend time exploring a live trading account to understand the differences between a demo and a live account and to become familiar with its features (or the lack of them) before starting to trade.

We may ask you for feedback about our site, app, content, service or feature
If you provide your feedback about our site, app, content, service or feature, you shall ensure that such feedback is accurate, relevant and complete. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable licence with the right to sublicence to disseminate, analyse, use to create derivative works, publish and otherwise use your feedback for research, development and marketing purposes.
Marketing
By interacting with our site, app, content, service o feature, you acknowledge and agree to receive further information and marketing on our products and services. You can “opt out” of receiving marketing by contacting our client services team.
Introductions, brokers and agents
By interacting with our site, app, content, service o feature, you acknowledge and agree that we may share your general contact details with any introducing broker or other agent. We shall not be responsible for any representation made by such agent to you or for any cost incurred by you in engaging such agent.
Our responsibility for loss or damage suffered by you
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits in any way our liability to you where it would be unlawful to do so. This includes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or the negligence of our employees, agents or subcontractors and for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
Subject to this, you agree that your use our site, app, content, service and features is entirely at your own risk and, to fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all conditions, warranties, representations or other terms, whether express or implied, and we shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss or damage or any loss of profit, anticipated savings, business, opportunity, utility, benefit, business interruption or any loss or damage caused by events outside our control.
We shall not be responsible for any damage to your device or software arising from your use of our site, app, content, service or feature due to incorrect configuration, third party interference or third party hardware of software.
Additional limitations and exclusions of liability will apply to liability arising as a result of the supply of any products to you, which will be set out in our terms of business.
Content personalisation features
We provide you with personalised editorial content, market data and other content from us, third-party providers and the wider internet. This content personalisation is based on algorithms which select content tailored to your interests known, observed or inferred from your use of our services and your online behaviour. However, no algorithm takes account of all of your specific circumstances and we cannot guarantee that each algorithm will operate without interruption or fault. You must not rely on personalised information on our site, app, in our content, service or feature.
How we may use your personal information
You agree that your personal information will be processed in order to provide our site, app, content, service and feature and to carry out analytics, research, advertising and personalisation in accordance with our privacy notice.
We are not responsible for viruses and you must not introduce them

You are not permitted to use them without our approval unless they are part of the material you are using as permitted by LEXMT.
Which country’s laws apply
These user terms including any contractual or non-contractual matters shall be governed by United Arab Emirates laws and United Arab Emirates courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction in relation to any disputes. If any provision of these terms is invalid, illegal or unenforceable, the rest of the terms will continue in force unaffected.
